The products purchased will be sent to the delivery address that the customer has indicated in the fields reserved for this purpose. Yogacoop will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer in the order form does not match reality or relevant data has been omitted. The shipment is made by courier service with an estimated delivery time of 48-72 working hours for Spanish territory and a maximum of 15 working days for other destinations within the European Community. These deadlines are means, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, Yogacoop will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them (Consult Yogacoop beforehand for shipments to countries that do not belong to the European Community). The product will be understood to have been delivered at the time of signing the receipt of it at the agreed delivery address.
Before the customer confirms an order, the screen will inform them of the shipping costs and delivery times that apply to it. However, both data may vary depending on the specific circumstances of the case, especially,

- Shipping costs appear on the web at the time of ordering and are calculated based on the weight of the items to be sent and their destination. In the event that there is a variation in shipping costs, Yogacoop will notify the customer by email and the customer may choose to cancel the order without being charged any additional cost.
