Price and payment
The price of each product will be the one that appears on the website at all times, unless there is a manifest error. If there is a typographical error in a price and a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, Yogacoop will notify the customer that they will be entitled to terminate the purchase at no cost. If it is not possible to contact the customer, the order will be considered canceled, returning to the customer the amounts he had paid. Prices include VAT as established by current regulations for individuals or legal entities resident in Spain. For orders from other countries with different tax regimes, you must contact Yogacoop in advance. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will appear on the screen before the customer confirms his purchase, and must be accepted by him. Payment will be made by credit card, following the instructions on the screen.
Yogacoop guarantees security in all purchases made by customers in the online store, as well as in all communications with users registered on the website. All payment transactions are carried out through the Redsys® platform which uses a secure server, based on the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) standard, which by means of an encryption system makes it impossible to access the data by third parties. Redsys® is the e-commerce banking platform. Through Redsys® the customer will be able to make the payment with his credit card (he accepts most of the usual ones, such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Citicorp). Redsys is responsible for making the payment and transferring it to Yogacoop, so that neither Yogacoop nor any other third party will ever have access to the customer's bank details, with the security and confidentiality that this entails.
